We would like to ask you to read General information.
Verification of signature means that the Embassy confirms, that person in question signed in front of employee of The Embassy presented document or that person in questions declared that the signature on presented document is his/her own.
The Embassy confirms identity of the person in question by valid passport or valid identification card issued by the Slovak Republic.
Verification of signature does not verifies a content of the document.
The Embassy is allowed to refuse to verify the signature in case that the employee of the Embassy has doubts about legality of the document (according international law, European law, Slovak law and US law).
Administrative fees
Administrative fees are paid according to the actual exchange rates of EUR and USD.
