A software random date allocation system was established for the allocation of the application for the granting of a national visa type D in connection with the submission of the application for residence and the assignment of the dates for the submission of the application for residence at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Hanoi.
An appointment will be randomly selected two months in advance.
The upcoming registration for the appointment of the date of the application for the granting of a national visa type D in connection with the submission of the application for residence and the assignment of the dates for the submission of the application for residence falls on 5th of February, 2025 from 6:00 a.m. local time for two months: March and April 2025.
The Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Hanoi informs the applicants that the applicant for registration is allowed to apply for a date allocation in one submission, either applies for registration for the submission of an application for D type visa or for registration to submit an application for the residence permit. It is not possible to register for both types of submissions at the same time.
It is important that applicants carefully state and check the correctness of data entered during registration (including spaces and typos), as the application will not be accepted if there are any discrepancies.
