Farewell reception for Czech ambassador by State Secretary Korčok

Today (17 April), Ivan Korčok, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs received Lívia Klausová, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Czech Republic to the Slovak Republic, with seat in Bratislava, in relation to the upcoming end of her mission in Slovakia.

 

Korčok expressed gratitude to Ambassador Klausová for her personal contribution to the enhancement of relations between the Slovak and Czech Republics: “The mission of each Czech ambassador to Slovakia and the Slovak ambassador to the Czech Republic has always been exceptional and has its special place in mutual relations. You have taken it up in an excellent way. You have been an ambassador who was visible, not only in Bratislava but also in Slovak regions and towns.“ 

 

On this occasion Korčok handed over to Ambassador Klausová the Golden Plaque of the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic as a token of gratitude and appreciation for her extraordinary engagement in the enhancement of bilateral relations between the two countries.
