Following the preventive measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Slovak Republic and Indonesia and to protect the health of clients, we announce that with effect from 16 March 2020 until further notice, some personal applications are restricted at the consular section of the Slovak Embassy in Jakarta. From 8 June 2020, it is possible to submit in person applications for a national visa for applicants with a residence permit granted, and it is also possible to submit applications for a residence permit in the Slovak Republic in person. The Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Jakarta accepts only applications for Schengen visas regarding essential travel to EU (eg: study, visa for a family member of a Slovak citizen). Travel restrictions are until further notice applied to all non-essential travel from third countries to the EU+ area. Due to the strict rules of entry into Indonesia and restricted movement in the country, we ask all clients to thoroughly verify with the transport company the conditions of entry into the country and Jakarta itself before arranging a meeting at the Embassy.
