The Slovak Republic in Moscow participates in ensuring tasks in the field of foreign policy and relations of Slovakia with Russia:

• ensures the implementation of the foreign policy of the Slovak Republic in the area of bilateral relations as well as in the area of foreign policy, security and economic interests of the Slovak Republic;
• protects rights and acts in the interests of Slovakia and its citizens;
• carries out systematic analytical and conceptual activities in the political, security, economic-commercial, scientific-technical and cultural, educational, health and social field;
• provides consular activities.
